Loading…A mass spectrometer doesn't read labels. It ionizes your sample, sorts every ion by its mass-to-charge ratio, and counts what arrives. Move your cursor and you're bending the beam.
In the source, the sample is ionized — its molecules become charged ions. Down the flight tube, lighter ions outrun heavier ones, so the beam fans out by mass-to-charge ratio. At the detector, each strike is counted into its bin.
One strike is nothing. A few thousand, and the noise resolves into clean peaks, each a compound present at a specific amount. That's a measurement: a count of what was actually there.

Your sample travels in a tamper-evident bag under a numbered custody seal, and every handoff — courier, intake, lab bench — is logged against that number. Five stages, one unbroken record.

You · Custody Sealed by you
We pick accredited ISO/IEC 17025 labs suited to the product, then manage chain of custody and the full test panel end to end.
Analyte · Custody You → Analyte
The accredited laboratory runs the instruments — HPLC and ICP-MS among them — measuring identity, potency, heavy metals and microbials against calibrated references.
Accredited lab · Custody Analyte → Lab
A biochemist turns the raw instrument data into a plain-English verdict: what was measured, what the numbers mean, and whether anything falls outside recognized limits.
Analyte · Custody Lab → Analyte
The verified result goes into the public library, and for brands into an embeddable widget, so anyone holding the product can read the same explained result.
Everyone · Custody Analyte → Public
Brands are our main customer, but the door is open to anyone. The sample doesn't care who sent it, and neither does the instrument.
Verify a batch before it ships, or an entire line on a schedule. You get the plain-English record plus an embeddable widget, so the same result your customers read is the one an independent party signed off.
Something on your shelf you want to trust? Send it in. You get the exact same accredited testing and the same interpreted result a brand would. No account, no minimum, no membership.
A lab returns raw instrument data. We return three things anyone can use.
What was measured, what each number means, and whether anything sits outside recognized limits. No chemistry degree required.
Read a report →Every verified result joins a searchable public archive: permanent, free to read, and linkable.
Browse the library →For brands, one line on your product page shows the batch's verified result, each figure explained.
See the widget →Pricing is being finalized with our laboratory partners and depends on the panel and the product. Write to us and we'll quote your case directly.
Brands and individuals both. Tell us what it claims to be, and we'll take it from your seal to a verified, public result.
